Since 1967, Rutherford County's Cripple Creek Cloggers have been internationally known as Tennessee's only Authentic Appalachian style cloggers, offering a festive celebration in rhythm and dance!
The group has received acclaim for its extraordinary performances throughout the United States, Europe, Central America, Canada, and the Caribbean.
The Cripple Creek Cloggers will be performing at this year's International Folkfest in Murfreesboro, TN. The festival runs from June 14 - June 21, 2009. Belgium, Itlay and Germany will be among the countries performing at this year's festival. The Cripple Creek Cloggers perform on the following days:

We participated in the 64th Saga del Mandorlo (festival of the almond blossoms) in Fiore in Agrigento, Sicily (Italy) February 1 through February 9, 2009. The Cripple Creek Cloggers were the only participant from all the Americas. Sicily had not had an American group in more than 20 years and they certainly came out to meet and greet and enthusiastically welcome us along all parade routes and at the performances.
We will also be attending the Festival International des Pyrenees in Jaca (Spain) and the Festival International de Folklore in Quillan (France) for two weeks in July and August 2009.

The Rigney Family Bluegrass Band will be playing at this year's Folkfest as well as for the Cripple Creek Cloggers in France and Spain this summer.
